We ask that you please take the time to read the following information carefully prior to your appointment to ensure that you are well aware of the social distancing measures and government guidelines in place. Our policies make it possible for us to do our part in combatting the spread of COVID-19, and are designed to protect our staff, clients and the wider community. When you enter our doors you can rest assured that our clinic is a safe place for all. We are a COVID Safe Clinic, and all of our staff have completed their COVID-19 infection control training.

Please attend your appointment alone

We are limiting the number of people in-clinic at any given time in order to comply with social distancing guidelines and government regulations. Therefore, it is imperative you attend your appointment alone. If, for any reason, you have to bring someone along with you please note they will not be able to wait in our reception area. However we are located on Ash Road where your friend or family member can grab a coffee or a bite to eat, or browse the string of shops during your treatment.

Also please note, if you are dropping by to make a “walk-in” retail purchase, we may need to ask you to step outside for a moment or come back a little later when there are less people in our clinic, to comply with social distancing regulations.

Checking IDs for new clients

If it is your first time with us we will be checking your ID upon arrival, make sure you have your license on you.

Wearing face masks

Please arrive with a face mask on that covers your mouth and nose. Your mask will need to be worn during the full duration of your treatment, with the exception of LED Light Therapy as you will be in the room on your own. Our staff will be wearing surgical face masks at all times.

Preferring card payments

To avoid handling cash we prefer our clients to pay via card. Our EFTPOS terminal will be sanitised between each payment to prevent the spread of bacteria.

Additional wait times to keep everyone safe

In between each treatment we will be performing sanitisation of all hard surfaces in our treatment room, as well as cleaning of equipment and implements with hospital grade disinfectant. This means that on the occasion where we have back-to-back appointments, you may need to wait a few extra minutes while we get everything ready for you.

Restricted treatments 

As of Thursday September 17th beauty services have been able to resume in regional Victoria, providing a face mask is worn during the entirety of the treatment by both client and the therapist. Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to perform facial treatments, with the exception of LED Light Therapy. We are also unable to perform teeth whitening and lip waxing, as these services cannot be performed with the client’s mask on. We hope to be able to resume performing all treatments very soon. If you would like to be added to our waitlist for one or more of these services, please let one of our friendly staff know.
